Project Details
Manor Croft is a development of nine three and four-bedroom family homes by Richert Homes on Painthorpe Lane in Crigglestone, about three miles from Wakefield. The homes sit in a village setting with green space built into the layout and generous gardens.
The brief
The homes needed to sell off plan, so the marketing package had to be coherent, high quality and trustworthy. Buyers had to understand the development and the homes clearly before anything was built.
What we produced
- Full site CGIs: an aerial view and street scenes, including an evening view
- House type CGIs: front and rear views of every plot
- Sales plans for the development
- Virtual tour: an interactive walkthrough of the development
Why the virtual tour mattered
The virtual tour was central to the package. It lets people understand the project immediately, moving around the site and seeing how the homes, gardens and green space fit together, rather than piecing it together from separate images. For an off-plan scheme, that clarity builds the trust buyers need to reserve.
Manor Croft follows our rebrand and website for Richert Homes, so the development marketing is consistent with their brand from the website through to the sales plans.
