Project Details
Lavender Fields is an assisted living care village near Pocklington in East Yorkshire. We produced the CGIs for phase 2, a new group of bungalows.
The brief
Phase 2 follows on from bungalows that are already built and lived in, so the CGIs had to match the existing materials and character closely. Prospective residents and their families needed to see that the new homes would sit naturally within the village.
What we produced
- A street scene showing the new bungalows together
- Plot views of the individual bungalows and pairs
The outcome
The CGIs show high quality homes that are consistent with the rest of the village, with the aim of attracting early reservations for the client.
