Project Details
Kyme Homes engaged us to launch Lea Gardens, a collection of five detached homes in Huntington, York, including three highly sought-after bungalows. We created a coherent, high-calibre set of materials to build early awareness across site and social media, and to articulate the scheme’s quality with clarity.
What we produced
9no. CGI's
We produced photorealistic CGIs for each plot type showcasing architecture, materiality and kerb appeal, together with a dedicated entrance view to capture the sense of arrival, and aerial CGIs (including a CGI site plan) that clearly communicate the overall layout, parking and orientation at a glance.

CGI Video
A short CGI teaser video for social and web, cut for quick viewing and designed to drive more engagement than static CGIs alone.
Site Branding & Sales Brochure
We created a simple, premium emblem featuring a refined floral motif that nods to the Lea Gardens name and landscape.
Building on this identity, we produced a clean, contemporary A4 sales brochure that brings together the key sales information with our visuals and optimised floor plans. We also managed print and delivery of 100 copies, now in active use as part of the sales pack.

Site Signage
We delivered a suite of site signage aligned to the Lea Gardens brand, with multiple versions planned for phased use throughout construction.

Why it works
Clarity for buyers: Plot-specific CGIs and floor plan pages reduce friction and help buyers pre-qualify.
Strong first impression: Cohesive branding from sign to brochure builds trust and recall.
Shareable assets: The CGI video and stills give the team ready-to-post content for social, listings and email.
Outcome
Lea Gardens launched with a complete, consistent suite of materials that look premium, answer buyer questions quickly and are easy for the sales team to deploy across site the and socials. The premium branding and high quality CGIs, alongside clear messaging gives the development a distinct angle in a crowded market.
